Julian Wipper

Julian Wipper is a seasoned hotel management professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as General Manager at New World Millennium Hong Kong Hotel since January 2022, Julian Wipper led the hotel to be awarded "New World Hotel of the Year 2023" by Rosewood Hotel Group. Prior to this, Julian Wipper worked with the Shangri-La Group for over 16 years in various leadership roles, including General Manager and Regional Champion for Rooms and Quality in South East Asia and Australasia, successfully transforming hotels into recognized top performers. Julian Wipper's career began with a traineeship at Excelsior Hotel Ernst, followed by numerous positions at prestigious hotels including Maybourne Hotel Group and Raffles Hotels & Resorts. Julian Wipper holds several certificates from Cornell University and has supplemented education with programs in events management and digital marketing.
