Brian Polanco

Brian Polanco, MBA, possesses extensive experience in client services and ticket operations within the sports and entertainment industry. Since January 2025, Brian has been volunteering for the FIFA World Cup 2026™ in Canada, Mexico, and the United States. Additionally, since June 2017, Brian has held a seasonal role as a ticketing representative at MetLife Stadium and has been serving as a coordinator for client services and ticket operations with the New York Football Giants since April 2017. Brian's career spans various organizations, including The Madison Square Garden Company, where responsibilities include community engagement and event operations, and the New York Mets, where Brian worked as a seasonal ticket services representative. Brian's educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business and a Master of Business Administration in General Management from Iona University.
