Amanda Myott is a Senior Energy Market Design Specialist at NYISO, where responsibilities have included roles such as Capacity Market Design Specialist, Associate Capacity Market Design Specialist, Price Validation Analyst, and Associate Price Validation Analyst since July 2014. Prior experience includes being a French Teaching Fellow and an Environmental Representative while studying at Hobart and William Smith Colleges, where efforts focused on sustainability initiatives and tutoring middle school students. Amanda holds a Master’s degree in Energy Regulation and Law, with a focus on Energy Economics and Policy and Environmental Studies from Vermont Law and Graduate School, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and French from Hobart and William Smith Colleges.
