Howard Halstead is a seasoned technical specialist at NYISO since September 2002, where contributions include leading major initiatives such as the SCADA/EMS/BMS project and facilitating transitions of NERC CIPv3 and CIPv5. Known as a subject matter expert in Change, Release, and Baseline Configuration Management, Howard has held various positions, including Lead Analyst and Senior Analyst, overseeing infrastructure change management and coordinating critical deployments.
