Katie Dolan has over 25 years of experience in human resources and total rewards. Since March 2005, Katie has held various positions at NYISO, currently serving as the Total Rewards Program Lead, with previous roles as Senior Payroll & Benefit Specialist, Benefits & Payroll Specialist, HR Operations Associate, and Human Resources Administrator. Prior to NYISO, Katie worked at Ceramtec as an Assistant Manager in Human Resources and had roles at Samaritan Hospital as Human Resources Coordinator and Human Resources Associate - Benefits. Earlier in Katie's career, roles included Recruiting Assistant at Trans World Entertainment. Katie holds an Associate Degree in Business Administration from Hudson Valley Community College and attended The College of Saint Rose.
