Kimberly Blecich has been with NYISO since June 2012, serving in various analyst roles focused on mitigation performance and regulatory response coordination. Responsibilities have included leading the development and review of submissions to regulatory agencies and external auditors, updating processes, and ensuring clarity in documentation. Prior to this, Kimberly held internships at NYISO and the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation, where experiences included drafting reports and conducting emissions research. Kimberly earned a Bachelor of Arts with Honors from Union College in 2013 and participated in a study abroad program at the University of Galway in Fall 2011.
