Stacia Wilcox, MBA, CBAP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in market integration and business analysis, currently serving as a Senior Market Integration Specialist at NYISO since May 2008. In this role, Stacia leads business analysis for finance and business systems, with previous positions at NYISO including Market Product Specialist and Senior Business Analyst in Demand Response, focusing on software design and integration within wholesale electricity markets. Prior to NYISO, Stacia held roles at Valogix LLC as Customer Support Manager and Transfinder as Implementation & Training Manager and Software Project Manager, where significant improvements in customer relations and project implementation processes were achieved. Stacia holds an MBA in Management Information Systems from the University at Albany and a BS in Food Management from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
