Founded in 2010, New York Journal of Books is the leading online-only book review publication. NYJB's mission has always been to fill the void created by the closure or substantial downsizing of nearly all newspaper book reviews, serving readers, authors and their publishers. Reviews are across a broad and diverse range of genres. Unlike many peers, NYJB publishes numerous reviews of books not only published by the industry giants, but also by independent publishers of and by certain university presses.
