Ketan M. is a seasoned digital product leader with extensive experience in enhancing user experience and digital operations across multiple industries. Currently serving as Corporate Vice President at New York Life Insurance Company since July 2020, Ketan M. oversees the digital experience for field agents. Previously, Ketan M. was the Director of Digital Customer Experience UX/UI at Brother USA, where responsibilities included leading a diverse team to optimize marketing and eCommerce experiences. Prior roles also include Senior Manager of Digital Channel Management at Verizon, where Ketan M. established a new digital operations team, and SVP of Global Digital Solutions at Citi, where innovative digital strategies were developed for global programs. Ketan M. holds a Bachelor's of Science in Computer Science from City Tech, CUNY, obtained in 2003.
