Nicole Zappola

Nicole Zappola is a seasoned corporate communications professional with extensive experience at New York Life Insurance Company since March 2005. Currently serving as Corporate Vice President and Senior Internal Communications Business Partner, Zappola leads a team focused on internal communications across various corporate functions and business areas. Previously, Zappola held multiple vice president roles, where notable achievements included creating the Service Superstars recognition program and developing comprehensive employee communication strategies. Earlier in the career, Zappola participated in a selective management training program and began in financial public relations. Zappola holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a minor in Business from Villanova University, graduating magna cum laude.
