Wilbert Boons possesses extensive experience in operations and training within the retail and franchise sectors. Currently serving as Head of Operations & Training and Franchise Consultant at New York Pizza since November 2019, Wilbert is responsible for KPI development across 60 stores in Zeeland, Noord-Brabant, Limburg, and Vlaanderen, emphasizing NPS, product quality, service level, and concept adherence. Prior to this, Wilbert held multiple leadership roles at Pets Place Boerenbond Retail B.V. from September 2008 to September 2019, including Cluster Leader and Store Manager, focusing on KPI management, financial oversight, and operational responsibilities for various retail locations. Wilbert's earlier experience includes an internship in internal communication at Martinair, where an internal communication plan was developed, and a marketing internship at Flaim ][ Bureau, managing a small client portfolio. Wilbert holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Fontys Hogeschool Tilburg.
