Erin Dillon

Erin Dillon serves as the Vice President and Head of Human Resources at the New York Post, leading a team of ten HR professionals to support 700 employees across various commercial and editorial segments. With a robust background in human resources, Erin previously held the position of Director of Human Resources at AIG, managing a team serving over 900 employees and co-leading critical change management initiatives during an economic downturn. Prior experience includes senior HR roles at Hilton Worldwide, where responsibilities involved supporting up to 1,200 employees at the Waldorf=Astoria and overseeing talent acquisition and HR functions at other hotel properties. Erin holds a degree in Organizational Leadership from NYU School of Professional Studies and a BA in Psychology from Seton Hall University.
