Kimberly Leonard

Kimberly Leonard is an experienced healthcare professional currently serving as the Director of Medicaid Pharmacy Policy & EPIC at the New York State Department of Health since September 2021. Prior to this role, Kimberly held the position of Deputy Director for the Bureau of Narcotic Enforcement at the NYS Department of Health from January 2019 to September 2021. Kimberly's extensive background also includes various positions within the New York State Education Department from May 2012 to January 2019, such as Executive Secretary of the State Board of Pharmacy and Midwifery, Acting Executive Secretary of the State Board for Physical Therapy, and Pharmacy Supervisor.
