David Chandler, PE, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in design and project management across various sectors, including Health Care, Higher Education, Aviation, Campus Infrastructure, Civic and Cultural, Corporate, Industrial, and Science and Technology. As a Partner at Newcomb & Boyd, LLP since October 1994, David has contributed significantly to numerous projects. Prior to this role, David served as an Electrical Engineer at Richard E. Meyers Electrical Engineers from August 1993 to October 1994, focusing on building design. David holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the University of North Georgia.
