Patrick Russ

Patrick Russ is an accomplished Executive Chef with extensive experience in the culinary industry. Currently serving as the Executive Chef at Newfields since September 2022, Patrick has held multiple executive chef positions at prominent establishments including Hotel Indy and Onward Restaurant. Previously, Patrick demonstrated leadership as Chef De Cuisine at The Dawson and progressed through various roles such as Chef De Partie at Next Restaurant and ZEALOUS RESTAURANT. Patrick began culinary training at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Miami, earning an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Culinary Arts/Chef Training.
