Alex Frakes

Alex Frakes is an experienced finance and analytics professional with a robust background in resource analysis and policy evaluation. At Newfold Digital, Alex has held progressive roles since 2019, currently serving as Director of Finance & Sales Analytics after previous positions as Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis and Senior Financial Analyst. Prior experience includes a five-year tenure at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, where Alex was a Resource Analyst, leading significant initiatives such as overseeing the Planning, Programming, and Budgeting process to assist the DHS Secretary and contributing to the Department’s Agency Reform Plan. Alex’s analytical skills were further developed through roles at the National Defense University and the Missile Defense Advocacy Alliance, with a focus on national security issues and defense policy. Academic qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Quantitative Defense Analysis & Security Policy Studies from the Elliott School of International Affairs at George Washington University and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and History from Saint Peter's University.
