Caroline K. Melson

Caroline K. Melson, CEBS, currently serves as Vice President and Total Rewards Consultant at Newfront, where the focus is on providing modern insurance brokerage solutions. Previously, Caroline held various leadership roles at Gallagher, including Area Senior Vice President and Regional HR & Benefits Technology Practice Leader, responsible for enhancing organizational wellbeing through HR technology. Additionally, Caroline was the Regional Private Exchange Practice Leader and Area Vice President at Gallagher Benefit Services, advising employers on Total Rewards strategies. Prior experience includes serving as an Employee Benefits Consultant at Schiff Kreidler Shell, Inc., and as Director of Development at St. Gertrude Parish, where a successful capital campaign was managed. Caroline's career began as Vice-President at Digitek, Corp. and includes a BSBA from Xavier University and a CEBS designation from The Wharton School.
