Currently serving as a Retirement Services Account Executive at Newfront since June 2021, Dean previously held the position of Director of Retirement Administration at Human Interest, where impactful leadership resulted in significant team growth and operational enhancements. With extensive experience at Franklin Templeton in various leadership roles, Dean managed multi-site teams, directed metrics and reporting initiatives, and spearheaded high-impact projects that optimized operational efficiency and drove cost savings.
