Saurav Vashishtha is an Agile Business Analyst with extensive experience in requirement gathering, BRD/FRD creation, and Scrum methodology. Currently positioned at Newgen Software since September 2024, Saurav previously worked at Navyug Infosolutions Pvt. Ltd. as a Business Analyst, where collaborative problem-solving and proficiency in Jira for project tracking were highlighted. Before that, Saurav served as an Analyst at Moder, leading business analysis efforts, prioritizing requirements through MoSCoW, and facilitating stakeholder engagement. Saurav holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from ABV- Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management, Gwalior, and a BE in Electrical Engineering from Rustamji Institute of Technology, Border Security Force Academy.
