Newham Music is the award-winning music hub for Newham. 

We are committed to providing high quality music education and opportunities to children and young people in schools throughout the borough and at Newham Music Academy, our after school and Saturday music centre.

We work with thousands of young people each year and since becoming an independent charity in 1996 many of Newham's young people have gained life-enhancing experience through learning music with us.  

As Newham’s music hub, we work with local schools, cultural organisations and community groups to bring exciting musical opportunities to Newham. We received the Diploma of Merit in 2013, and the Incorporated Society of Musicians Award for Music Technology in Education in 2014, from the National Music Council making us one of the strongest music hubs in the country.
