Michael Ginnard

Michael Ginnard is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in land acquisition and market intelligence. Currently serving as the Director of Land Underwriting & Market Intelligence at New Home Co. since October 2020, Michael previously held roles as Land Acquisition Manager and Analyst within the company. Prior to this, Michael was the Director of Acquisitions and Dispositions at RK Properties, overseeing a team that facilitated the acquisition and disposition of multifamily assets valued at approximately $789 million. Michael also held the position of Senior Real Estate Analyst at RK, focusing on identifying real estate opportunities. Earlier career pursuits included competitive amateur golf and sales representation in the golf industry. Michael holds a Finance Certificate from UCLA Extension and a BA from the University of Florida, with studies in History, Business, and Anthropology.
