Ian Zalewski

Ian Zalewski serves as the AVP of Credit and Underwriting at NEWITY, where the focus is on providing equitable access to SBA loan solutions for entrepreneurs. At NEWITY, Ian has advanced through several roles, including Senior Associate, Associate, Senior Analyst, Analyst, and Loan Verification Analyst since December 2020. Previous experience includes an internship at Advantage Consulting Engineers, where responsibilities involved designing sewer and retention ponds, and a sales position at Nordstrom, recognized as a top salesperson. Ian also contributed as a volunteer assistant coach for Missouri State University's women's varsity team, helping to achieve a postseason berth. Ian holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Master's degree in E-Business from Newcastle University Business School.
