Ray R. is a seasoned professional in call center operations with extensive experience across various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Senior VP of Call Center Operations at NEWITY since May 2022, Ray successfully led the implementation of telephony systems and call center software ahead of schedule and under budget while fostering productivity through hands-on mentorship. Prior to this, Ray held the position of Senior Director of Call Center Operations at Wider Circle, where outbound capacity was significantly improved. Additional experience includes roles at Newport Group, Centene Corporation, Acorn Stairlifts, Inc., and Huntington National Bank, with a consistent focus on operational excellence, process improvement, and staff development. Ray holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Business Administration and Management from Valencia College.
