Allison Jack has a diverse work experience across various companies and roles. Allison is currently working at NewLeaf Symbiotics, Inc. as the Product Technical Director. Prior to this, they were a Product Technical Manager and a Product Technical Lead, Commercial at the same company. Allison Jack has a diverse educational background. Allison received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology with a focus on Plant Physiology from Reed College in 2000. In 2002, they pursued a Master of Science degree at Cornell University, specializing in Soil Microbiology, which they completed in 2005. Following this, Allison went on to obtain a PhD from Cornell University in 2012, majoring in Plant Pathology and Plant-Microbe Biology. During their undergraduate years at Reed College, they participated in a semester abroad program in Tropical Biology offered by Duke University in 1996.
