Brenda Costner

Brenda Costner is an experienced professional with a strong background in data management, procurement, and governance. Currently serving as the Director of Data Management at Newmont Corporation since October 2018, Brenda has previously held multiple leadership roles at Baker Hughes, a GE company, including Director of Sourcing/Procurement and Director of Global Fixed Assets. Key contributions at Baker Hughes included leading Master Data Integration during the Halliburton-Baker Hughes acquisition and developing an enterprise-wide Master Data Governance organization. Brenda's career also includes senior management positions at HP, ConAgra, and PricewaterhouseCoopers, along with significant consulting experience at IBM and Compaq. Brenda holds an MBA in International Business and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Denver.
