Henry Crispin

Henry Crispin has over two decades of experience in the mining industry, currently serving as a Principal Mine Engineer at Newmont Corporation since July 2012, following a progression of roles including Senior Mining Engineer and Senior Open Pit Engineer. Prior to this, Henry held the position of Senior Long Term Planning Engineer for the Conga Project at Newmont Peru S.R.L. from March 2007 to June 2012, and contributed to mine planning at Southern Peru Copper Corporation from 2003 to 2007. Henry began the career as a Mine Operations Supervisor at Shougang Hierro Perú S.A.A. from January 2001 to July 2002. Academically, Henry holds an MBA specializing in Financial Analysis and Strategic Planning from Universidad ESAN and a degree in Mining and Mineral Engineering from Universidad Nacional de Ingenieria.
