Laura S. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in instructional design and technical training. Currently serving as a Global Technical Training Specialist at Newmont Corporation since October 2021, Laura previously held the position of Online Learning Programs Manager at the American Animal Hospital Association, where responsibilities included leading eLearning design and managing learning management systems. Prior roles include Curriculum Developer at Charter Communications and Training Specialist at SourceGas, where Laura developed and delivered training programs using the ADDIE model and user experience principles. Laura holds a Master of Science in Teaching & Learning with a specialization in Instructional Design from Colorado State University, a Bachelor's Degree in Anthropology from the University of Wyoming, and an Associate’s Degree in Arts from Cottey College.
