Martha Durrough, MPA has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Martha started their career as the Owner of Love Life LLC in April 2012. In 2014, they transitioned to become the Co-Owner of Luscious Landscapes, where they worked until September 2014. Following this, Martha worked as a Team Manager at PMG Landscapes from December 2014 to July 2015. Martha then served as a Resident Assistant at Sojourner Recovery Services from July 2015 to March 2016.
In March 2016, Martha joined SELF (Supports to Encourage Low-income Families) as a Facilitator/Case Manager, a role they held until September 2017. Concurrently, they also worked as a School Based Facilitator at Community Mental Health Center, Inc. from September 2017 to April 2018. Martha further expanded their skill set by working as a Worship Leader at Miami Whitewater United Methodist Church from August 2016 to October 2018.
In March 2018, Martha joined KinderCare Education as an Assistant Director/Teacher, where they remained until November 2020. Martha'smost recent role was as a Family Case Manager at the Indiana Department of Child Services, where they started in August 2021 and ended their tenure in April 2022.

Martha Durrough, MPA obtained a Master's degree in Public Administration from Capella University, attending from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Nonprofit Management from the same university, studying from 2012 to 2014. Martha'sundergraduate education was at Wright State University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, studying from 2005 to 2010.
In addition to their formal education, Martha has also obtained additional certifications. Martha received a certification in Treatment Foster Home from The Buckeye Ranch in November 2018. Martha also holds a certification as a Family Development Specialist from the Ohio Association of Community Action Agencies, although the exact dates of obtaining this certification are not provided.
