Amy Wheeler has over 30 years of progressive human resources experience. Starting as a Human Resources Intern at CompuServe in 1987, they have since held various HR roles at companies like VICO, AMNEX, Seagate Software, VERITAS Software, Symantec, CenturyLink, ActivEngage, Inc., Therigy, and currently at Newport Group as a Director of Human Resources Business Partner. Throughout their career, Amy has focused on areas such as organizational development, talent management, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and training and development.
Amy Wheeler graduated from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business with a BSBA in Human Resource Management in 1984. Amy then furthered their education at the same institution, obtaining a MLHR degree in Human Resource Management in 1987. In 2008, Amy also obtained a certification in Myers-Briggs Type Indicator from CCP.
