Manny Villa began their work experience as a Retirement Plan Administrator at RSM McGladrey in 1998. Manny later joined Newport Group in 2007, starting as a Supervisor in Daily Recordkeeping and progressively moving up to roles such as Sr. Director of Operations, Vice President of Operations, Vice President of Corporate Projects, and ultimately Vice President of Operations and Corporate Projects, their current position since June 2017.
From 2000 to 2003, Manny Villa attended North Park University, majoring in Organizational Management.
