Prior to Newport, Marlena was a Customer Service Representative at California Superstores and worked as a Document Control Specialist Intern at The Walsh Group during a project at Sacramento International Airport. Early career experience includes multiple positions as a Sales Associate at Target. Marlena holds two Associate of Arts degrees in Math and Science and Social and Behavioral Sciences from Folsom Lake College and furthered education at California State University-Sacramento.
