Robert "Marc" Stewart, Jr. has extensive experience in law enforcement and crisis management. Robert “Marc” currently serves as the Executive Director of Crisis Planning, Preparedness and Environmental Risk Management at Newport News Public Schools. Prior to this, Robert “Marc” held various titles at the Federal Bureau of Investigation, including Chief of the Evidence Response Team Unit and Supervisory Special Agent in multiple units. Robert “Marc” also has experience in the Newport News Police Department and the Virginia Department of Corrections. Stewart holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Political Science from Old Dominion University.
