Heather Labelle

Heather LaBelle has a diverse work experience in the mortgage industry. Heather started their career in 1992 at PHH Mortgage in an operations role. From there, they worked at Bank One as a loan originator before returning to PHH Mortgage. At PHH Mortgage, they held various positions including loan counselor, underwriter in correspondent lending, lead underwriter in correspondent lending, and underwriting supervisor. In 2014, they joined NewRez LLC as the VP of JV/Retail Underwriting. Heather has gained extensive knowledge and expertise in underwriting, managing teams, coaching, pipeline management, and adherence to guidelines and service level agreements.

Heather LaBelle attended Fairleigh Dickinson University-Florham Campus from 1988 to 1992 and earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Marketing.
