Melaku Dagefu is a dynamic technical professional specializing in software engineering and ServiceNow development. Currently engaged at Accenture Federal Services since April 2023, Melaku's prior experience includes serving as a Sr ServiceNow Developer at NewRocket and a Software Engineer at NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory. With over a year dedicated to developing innovative ServiceNow solutions, Melaku possesses in-depth knowledge of coding standards, modern programming practices, and the software development life cycle (SDLC).
