Oliver Murray

Oliver Murray has extensive experience in journalism, particularly in editorial roles. Oliver started their career in 2004 as a Sports Journalist for Rural Press and later worked as a Journalist for Cumberland Newspapers and Rural Press. In 2010, they joined NewsLocal (formerly Cumberland-Courier Newspapers) as a Journalist. From 2012 to 2013, they served as the Editor of Village Voice magazine and also worked as a News Editor and Journalist for NewsLocal, where they covered various topics and was responsible for editing and layout. Oliver then joined News Corp Australia in 2014 as an Editor before taking on the role of Editor at news.com.au from 2016 to 2023. Currently, Oliver Murray holds the position of Head of Audience Growth at News Corp Australia.

Oliver Murray attended Charles Sturt University from 2001 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus on Communications - Journalism.
