Daniel Gilbert

Daniel Gilbert is a seasoned data science and analytics professional with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Data Science and Analytics at News Corp since October 2021, Daniel previously held the position of Director of Data Technology at News UK, where leadership involved overseeing data engineering, science, analytics, governance, and product strategy. Daniel's consultancy work from 2008 to 2015 included significant contributions to government education reforms and various data science consulting projects. Earlier roles also include Head of Insight at Alchemy Social, where research and analytics products were developed, and a strategy consultant with Visa Europe, focusing on contactless payments and risk management. Daniel holds an M.Sc. in Public Policy and a BSc in Economics from UCL.
