Marc McClellan has over two decades of experience in customer service, sales, and account management. Currently, Marc holds the position of Customer Service & Engagement professional at NewsBank, focusing on customer success within the Philanthropy Services Division. Prior to this role, Marc served as a Historical Archives Specialist at NewsBank, which provides extensive web-based access to a wide range of archived and current content.
