Andy Sullivan is an experienced educator and professional development leader with a strong background in enhancing engagement and satisfaction in educational environments. Currently serving as a Senior Professional Learning Manager at Newsela since 2016, Andy has successfully delivered training with a 96% satisfaction rating and managed an online community of over 3,800 educators. Previous roles at the NYC Department of Education included leading curriculum design for high school English and History classes, mentoring new teachers, and implementing initiatives that increased school-wide ELA pass rates.
