Tom Schaeffer

Tom Schaeffer is an integral part of NewWave’s leadership team as the Vice President of Program Delivery for the Chronic Conditions Data Warehouse (CCW) Program, Enterprise Privacy Policy Engine (EPPE), and Data Extract System (DESY) Programs within NewWave’s work with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). Tom is also the Office Manager for NewWave’s Iowa workplace – where NewWave was voted a Top Place to Work 4 consecutive years in a row.
