Scott Weinstein

Bringing more than 25 years of industry experience in sales operations, most of which has been at the senior executive level, Scott is known for his strategic leadership and results-driven approach. He has consistently led high-performing teams and delivered measurable improvements in profitability, service, and operational efficiency. Prior to this role, Scott served as Vice President of Operations at Reading Truck Equipment, where he led large teams and drove significant gains in profitability and service. He was also Senior Vice President at XL Parts and The Parts House, where he helped position the company for growth through strategic acquisitions and expansions. Scott holds a bachelor’s degree from Towson University and was a student of University of Chicago Booth School of Business’s Marketing Graduate Program.
