Marion Jones

Marion Jones, MPA, currently serves as Vice President of Workforce Development & DEI Justice at Nexamp, a role started in August 2023. Previously, Marion held the position of Director of Workforce Development & Industry Inclusion at AGC MA from May 2022 to September 2023. Prior experience includes managing training operations and workforce development at Eversource Energy from 2018 to 2022, where efforts featured the White House-recognized Electric Power Utility Technology program. Additionally, Marion contributed as an adjunct professor at Bunker Hill Community College during the same period, teaching courses such as Business Communication and AC/DC Theory. Consulting experience spans over a decade with Cornerstone Consulting, LLC, and roles at Nike and SkillPath as well as serving as National Marketing Director for Hobbs/Herder Advertising. Marion Jones holds a Master of Public Administration from The City University of New York.
