Duane Paul

Duane Paul is an Energy Manager in Nexant’s Utility Services business unit located in the Madison, WI office. Duane has more than 30 years of engineering experience. He engages industrial customers to take action to implement energy efficiency projects, including supporting and building the business case for capital expenditure decisionmaking.

Duane’s experience includes providing retrocommissioning services to clients, performing walkthrough energy assessments in commercial and industrial facilities, completing detailed technical reviews of projects, and mentoring staff on HVAC systems and energy improvement projects in commercial buildings.

He holds an MS in Mechanical Engineering and a BS in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. Duane is a Professional Engineer (PE) in Wisconsin, a LEED Accredited Professional, a Qualified Commissioning Process Provider, and an ASHRAE Certified Building Energy Assessment Professional.
