Kalwant heads the Accounts and Finance function of the company. He is responsible for instituting internal financial control, MIS, budgeting, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in all the functional areas and ensuring their continued existence.
A qualified Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary, he has over 34 years of experience in managing a wide gamut of finance, accounts, taxation, and company secretarial functions in India, UK & Japan with various organizations in the fields of Outsourcing, Software Development, Exports, Real Estate Constructions and Investment. He also has the knowledge to work on various software platforms.
He is a strategic planner with expertise in designing and implementing systems, and procedures to achieve control and financial discipline to enhance the overall efficiency of the organization. He is well-versed in various statutory compliances, including regulatory & tax audits, tax filings, etc. He is comfortable interacting with multiple levels of organization, management & staff from different locations.
