Junhao Ma is an experienced R&D engineer currently working at Nexdot since December 2022, where responsibilities include participating in interdisciplinary research projects, conducting experiments, and developing prototypes to validate new project concepts. Prior experience includes project research roles at ESPCI Paris - PSL and the Ningbo Institute of Materials Technology and Engineering, where Junhao Ma conducted literature reviews, project management, and polymer synthesis and characterization using various laboratory techniques. Junhao Ma also gained laboratory technician experience at ISPB-Faculté de Pharmacie and customer service roles in the restaurant industry. Educational background includes a Master's degree in Chemistry from Sorbonne Université and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1.
