Heinz Achtermann

Heinz Achtermann is an experienced IT professional with a background in systems architecture and application migration. Currently serving as the Business Application Migration Lead at Nexeo Solutions, LLC since October 2011, Heinz leads efforts to migrate non-SAP business applications to a new data center. Previous roles include Sr. SAP Basis Consultant at Texperts Inc., specializing in virtualization of SAP systems, and Sr. Systems Architect at AXON. Additional experience includes serving as Senior Architect at LyondellBasell and Director of Global IT at NetIQ, where responsibility encompassed global IT operations and integration of several acquired companies' IT infrastructures. Heinz holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University, earned between 1982 and 1986.
