Alberto Facheris

Alberto Facheris is an experienced professional in the payments and customer service sectors, currently serving as Head of Acquiring and Payments Service Management at Nexi Group since June 2020, where responsibilities include overseeing profit and loss and aligning strategies with the parent company. Prior to Nexi, Alberto held the position of Chief Customer Service Officer at Auchan Retail Italia, leading customer care and digital transformation initiatives. Alberto has further experience in various managerial roles at Sky Italia and Vodafone IT, focusing on customer care, process improvement, and project management.
