Hagen Gall

Hagen Gall serves as the Head of Merchant Onboarding and Operations Technology at Nexi Group since January 2023, bringing extensive experience from previous positions including Senior Manager at Concardis GmbH, where responsibilities included defining digital agendas for value creation in the European market and leading the implementation of digital products. Prior to Concardis, Hagen worked as a Management Consultant at Accenture, focusing on digital product design and agile delivery models, with notable projects for leading payment providers and global banks. Earlier experience includes consulting roles at Management Solutions, involving strategic data-driven consulting and regulatory compliance at major financial institutions. Hagen holds a Master of Science in General Management from EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht and a Double-Degree Bachelor in International Business Studies from Tongji University and EBS Universität.
