Sudha Vaithilingam

Sudha Vaithilingam is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software engineering and digital transformation. Currently serving as the Digital Engineering Management Associate Director at Nexient since January 2021, Sudha has successfully delivered a minimum viable product for a major banking client's cloud solution and managed feature delivery within tight deadlines. Prior experience at McKesson from 1998 to 2020 includes the role of Director of Software Engineering, overseeing large teams and spearheading the development of a leading Pharmacy Management System. Additional roles at McKesson involved managing software development teams, enhancing processes, and migrating customers to new architectures.
