Michael brings extensive board governance experience with private companies, public companies and crown corporations. He is a retired partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, having held various senior local and global management positions during his career with the firm, including global chief information officer.
Michael also served as the BC chair of the Institute of corporate directors, promoting and educating individuals on corporate governance best practices. He currently chair’s a number of corporate board audit & conduct committees where he also acts as the lead director, providing technology expertise and governance to the board. Additionally, Michael serves on the board of the business Development Bank of Canada, Mundoro Capital Inc. and several private company advisory boards.
Michael is now offering guidance and support to Nexii, ensuring it has robust and secure information technology and data systems in place as it scales.
