Emily Bancroft

Emily Bancroft has a distinguished career in public health and leadership, currently serving as a Board Member for Nexleaf Analytics since November 2024, where Emily supports the organization's strategic, governance, and financial initiatives. As a volunteer Mentor for WomenLift Health since January 2023, Emily guides women leaders through their leadership projects. Emily previously held several roles at VillageReach, including CEO & President, where significant transformations took place, such as the launch of the 2030 Strategy and a threefold increase in revenue and reach. Additional experience includes leadership positions at I-TECH and Physicians for Human Rights, along with various roles throughout the nonprofit sector, culminating in a strong foundation in program development, quality assurance, and health systems strengthening. Emily holds a Bachelor of Arts from Princeton University and a Master of Public Health from the University of Washington.
